Day 1-3 10-20 30-50 60+
Day 4-7 20-40 50-80 100+
Day 8-14 40-70 80-120 150+
Day 15+ 70-100 100-200 250+
Day 30+ 100-200 200-400 500+

Follows per hour

  • Safe: 10-15 follows.
  • Aggressive: 20-25.
  • Flagged: 30+.

Unfollows per day

Follow-unfollow patterns: match follow rate. Don't unfollow 200 when you only followed 50 recently, Meta sees pattern.

Rule: unfollow rate ≈ follow rate.

Likes per day

Very generous limits. Meta rarely flags likes unless extreme:

  • Safe: 100-300/day.
  • Aggressive: 500/day.
  • Flagged: 1000+.

Likes aren't a major vector.

Safe US audience posting hours

Peak US engagement:

  • 6pm-10pm EST (main peak).
  • 12pm-2pm EST (lunch secondary peak).
  • 8am-10am EST (commute secondary peak).

Schedule 60-70% of posts in these windows.

Safe weekly post count per account

  • Conservative: 40 posts/week (6/day).
  • Aggressive: 60-80 posts/week.
  • Flagged: 120+ posts/week.

SOP v2.0 daily pattern (aggressive)

Per account, spread across 8 timeframes:

  • 8 posts/day (1 per timeframe).
  • 32-40 comments/day (4-5 per timeframe).
  • 40-100 follows/day (distributed).
  • 200+ likes/day (during scrolling).

This is the "hard work 5 accounts" pattern.

Rate-limit recovery times

"Failed to upload" error: pause 24h, resume at 3/timeframe.

Follow action block: pause follows 48h, resume at half rate.

Full action block: pause all activity 72h, resume at 1/3 cadence.

Repeat action blocks: retire account.

When to push limits

  • Established accounts (4+ weeks active): can push aggressive tier.
  • Accounts that survived 2 weeks smoothly: increase cadence 10-20%/week.
  • Accounts hitting reach ceilings: test pushing limits to check if they're contributing to plateau.

When not to push limits

  • Fresh accounts (Day 1-7): stay conservative.
  • Post-recovery accounts: stay at 1/3 rate for weeks.
  • Ban-wave aftermath: reduce across pool.

Combined-action density

Running all actions daily on one account:

Safe SOP per account per day:

  • 6-8 posts.
  • 25-35 comments.
  • 50-100 follows.
  • 100-200 likes.

Total actions/day: 180-340.

Stay within this range and action-blocks don't hit.
