Terms of Service

1.What SimpStack is

SimpStack is a directory and knowledge base for the OnlyFans management industry. We curate listings for tools, agencies, and services; publish editorial guides; and sell digital ebooks. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor listed in the directory.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. Using SimpStack in a way that violates local law (including laws about adult content distribution) is your responsibility, not ours.

3.Accounts

• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• Keep your email address current so we can reach you for security notices.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, spam the site, or attempt to compromise security.

4.Directory listings are informational, not endorsements

Every review carries a “Last verified” date and volatility marker. Read those. Listings and reviews are provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Platforms, tools and policies change constantly. Cross-check with the vendor before spending money.

Where a listing is sponsored, we label it “Sponsored” in the ad rail or tag. Everything else is editorial; we don't take money to alter a review.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or republish our content at scale without written permission
• Use our content or review corpus to train AI models for resale
• Impersonate another person or build fake accounts
• Submit content (through forms, bots, or email) that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
• Attempt to probe, penetration-test, or overload our infrastructure without permission
• Reverse-engineer any paid ebook or redistribute it

6.Courses and digital purchases

When we launch paid ebook purchases, the following applies:

• Delivery: digital PDFs, delivered instantly via a tokenized download link and a copy in your email.
• Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with and we'll refund the full price, no questions asked.
• No resale: ebooks are licensed to you personally. You may not resell, resyndicate, or grant access to a team beyond your immediate collaborators.
• Tax: prices shown exclude VAT where applicable; at checkout we apply the VAT rate of your billing address.
• Payment processor: card data is handled by a regulated processor (Stripe or Gumroad). SimpStack never sees or stores card details.

7.Your content

If you submit content to SimpStack (reviews, bot messages, contact form messages, corrections), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit, translate, and retain it as part of the directory. You warrant that the content is yours to submit and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

8.Third-party links and services

Product pages link to vendor websites. We have no control over those sites and assume no responsibility for their content, pricing, availability, or privacy practices. Follow their terms and privacy policies when you interact with them.

9.Affiliate disclosure

Some product links are affiliate links that pay us a commission when you sign up through them. This never changes the editorial review or the price you pay. You can see the full list of current affiliate partnerships in our affiliates page if published; if not, ask via the contact form and we'll share it.

10.Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any content. Our total liability to you for direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event, or (b) €50.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SimpStack against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submitted that infringes a third party's rights.

12.Termination

You can stop using SimpStack at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

13.Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time — the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect that. Material changes are notified to active accounts by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

14.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the competent courts in Germany. This clause does not deprive consumers of protections granted by the mandatory law of their country of habitual residence.
